Second, think about what type of paper you need to print on. Most printers are set up to handle size A4 paper, the most common and standard type of printer paper. Finally, make sure that you consider the connectivity capacity of your printer. Most printers are set up so that you can connect them to your computer via USB. However, if you are purchasing the printer for the entire office, you want to make sure that everyone can access that.
